Founder-President- Mr Armoogum Parsuramen G.O.S.K
Mr Armoogam Parsuramen is the Founder and President of the University of Third Age Mauritius(U3AM).
He was the former Minister of Education, Arts and Culture and Science (1983-1995); Senior Adviser at The World Bank (1997-1998) and Director and Representative of UNESCO (1998-2011).
He is also the Founder and Chairman of the Global Rainbow Trust (GRF), a charitable trust dedicated to the advancement of education and assistance to the disabled.
